Submissions per Monthโ€‹

Total form submissions across all forms:

  • Free: 1,000 submissions/month
  • Pro: 1,000 submissions/month
  • Team: 10,000 submissions/month
  • Enterprise: Unlimited

Note: Unused submissions don't roll over to next month.

Workflow Executions per Monthโ€‹

Total workflow executions across all workflows:

  • Free: 50 executions/month
  • Pro: 500 executions/month

Knowledge-Guided Conversational Forms (RAG) requirements:

Yes, upgrade to a higher tier or contact sales for custom limits.

Do unused submissions roll over?โ€‹

No, limits reset monthly. Unused submissions don't roll over.

Can I downgrade?โ€‹

Yes, you can downgrade at any time. You may need to remove resources that exceed new limits.

What happens to my data if I cancel?โ€‹

Data is retained according to your data retention period. After cancellation, data is deleted per retention policy.
